In the last 5 years, Mr. Cosentino acted as the TOTVS Chairman and TOTVS CEO. Previously, he was director of SIGA, between 1978 and 1983, and founded the TOTVS in 1983. Mr. Cosentino is the author of “Dbase II and III”, “Windows”, “Brazil is not Risk, it is Opportunity” and “Genoma Enterprise”. He is currently Member of the Deliberative Council of the Brazilian Association of Information and Communication Technology Companies (Brasscom), independent member of BMFBovespa Board of Directors and President of Endeavor and Mendelics Board of Directors. He is graduated in Electric Engineering by Escola Politécnica de Engenharia da Universidade de São Paulo.

In the last 5 years, Mr. Apendino served as the Services and Relationship Officer of TOTVS, having joined the Company in 2013 as Sales and Channel Manager, and later taking over the commercial areas of Cloud and Analitics (GoodData). Previously, he developed his career in SAP and Oracle, and has more than 18 years of experience in Sales and Channel Management, always focused on small and medium enterprises (SMB). Mr. Apendino graduated in Business Administration from Mackenzie Presbyterian University in 2001, holds an Executive MBA and a Corporate MBA from INSPER and a Specialization in Effective Sales Management from Wharton University (USA).

Mr. Eros Jantsch is the Company’s Vice-President of Business. Previously, he worked for Bematech for 23 years, accumulating experience in research and development, product marketing and international operations, being responsible for operations in Brazil, United States and Asia. In 2006, he assumed the Bematech branch in Taiwan, structuring the procurement, product development and sales areas, in 2009, he became the Director of International Operations in China and in 2010 he became the leader of the Hardware Unit for the Fiscal and Retail product categories of Bematech. In 2013, he became the Hardware and Services Director, and later became the CMO. 
Mr. Eros Janish holds a bachelor degree in Physics, with specialization in Strategic Project Management, Strategic Negotiation with the Asian Continent, from INSEAD (SG), Innovation from IEL-DUKE and Corporate Finance from Fundação Dom Cabral.

Mr. Balestrin is responsible for the areas of Marketing, Channels and Human Relations at TOTVS. He works for TOTVS for more than 15 years, starting his career as Director of Corporate Communications and Human Resources. In 2008 he became director of TOTVS 'Market Strategy and in 2013 he also assumed the company's Marketing Office for Brazil, Latin America and International Markets. At the beginning of 2014, he was also responsible for the Alliances and Partnerships area and in January 2016 he re-assumed the Human Relations area. Previously, he developed his career at Itaú-Unibanco and Accenture. Graduated in Business Administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas and in Law from the University of São Paulo (USP), he has attended several executive training programs and specialization in Human Resources and Marketing at institutions such as FGV, IBMEC, Dom Cabral Foundation and Kellogg School of Management (USA).

In the last 5 years, Mr. Gilsomar Maia Sebastião acted as CFO, Planning Director, Corporate Finance Director, Investor Relations Director and M&A Director. Previously, he was the process and risk manager of TOTVS, between 2006 and 2007. Mr. Sebastião made his career at Ernst & Young Auditores Independentes, where we worked in external audit projects, between 1996 and 2004.  He graduated in Accounting Sciences from Universidade Mackenzie in 2000, and attended Post-Graduation in Capitals Market from FIPECAFI.

Mr. Bastos is currently a Business Vice-President of TOTVS. For over 19 years working in IT companies operating in software and associated services market, Mr. Bastos is in the company for almost 20 years and was responsible for pre-sales, supply, design and software service, the latter until 2012. In 2013, he played an important role in structuring the areas of Technical Assistance and Quality. Has technical education in Industrial Computers from Centro Federal de Educação Tecnológica de Minas Gerais (CEFET-MG) and graduated in Management from UFMG – Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais, in 2000.

Mr. Cosentino joined the Company in 2001 and acted in several areas of the Company, such as information technology, product development, alliances, new business, corporate planning and international market. In the last three years he was responsible for the company' international expansion, participating in the main M&A processes carried out over the years. He currently serves as Vice President of Business for the Professional Services and IT Segments. He graduated in business management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica (PUC-SP) in 2005, and holds an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management (USA).

In the last 5 years, Mr. Couto acted as Service and Relationship Officer at TOTVS, besides being responsible for the delivery of projects and demands across the portfolio of Large Accounts, as well as responsible for the Offer Application Outsourcing. Previously, he acted in a Franchise of TOTVS as Director of Consulting and Director for Large Accounts Services. Mr. Couto was CIO at Time For Fun and Business Consultant at Accenture, working with large projects of Implementation of Management Systems (ERP) and working at processes in Brazil and Europe. Mauricio Couto has 18 years of experience in Information Technology and Consulting. Graduated in Business Administration by FASP and post graduated in Marketing from ESPM.

Mr. Ronan Maia Assis Carvalho Neto is the Company’s Business Vice-President for Consumer, vertical comprised by the Distribution and Retail sub-segments. Previously, he worked for PC Sistemas, a company acquired by TOTVS in 2013, accumulating experience in services, consulting, support and research and development. In 2014, he begun working as Director of PC Sistemas, being responsible for the integration process with TOTVS.  Mr. Ronan Maia Neto has a bachelor degree in Civil Engineering and Data Processing, is a specialist in Development of Distributed Systems and most recently participated in the executive program in Digital Marketing Strategy from Columbia University (USA).
Weber George Canova 01/12/1963 Technology, TQTVD and Cloud Vice-President 04/28/2017
In the last 5 years, Mr. Canova served as Vice President of Innovation and Technology at TOTVS. He has been TOTVS Chief Corporate Officer since joining the Company in 1995. During these years, he has served on several projects as chief architect. He was responsible for the creation and construction of TOTVS Tec and fluig platforms. In 2014, TOTVS Tec, under the leadership of Canova, was established as a business unit. This unit also combines the UX Strategy area, responsible for the interface guide and the Design Thinking methodology implementation in TOTVS. Mr. Canova graduated in Electronic Engineering from Escola de Engenharia Mauá and started his career in 1984 as a developer, having worked in IT projects in several segments and large companies such as AGF Seguros and Banco Nacional, now Itaú / Unibanco.


The executive officers of TOTVS are its legal representatives and are primarily responsible for its daily operations and implementation of the general policies and guidelines established by the Board of Directors. The executive officers are elected by the Board of Directors for a unified term of two years (being a year the period between two annual general meetings), and may be reelected or removed from office anytime by the Board of Directors.

According to Novo Mercado, executive officers must sign the Management Agreement pursuant to Novo Mercado Regulations.
